Boarding Guidelines & Policies
To maintain a safe, disease-free, and serene environment for all our feline guests, we strictly enforce the following policies.
Vaccination Records
Prior to boarding, owners must provide veterinary proof of current vaccinations. The following are mandatory for all guests, including kittens:
- Rabies
- FVRCP (Feline Distemper booster)
Spay & Neuter Policy
We welcome young kittens as long as they have received their initial sets of shots. However, after 6 months of age, all cats must be spayed or neutered. There are no exceptions.
Parasite-Free Policy
All cats must be completely free of fleas, ticks, and ear mites. If fleas are detected on your cat at check-in, we reserve the right to administer flea treatment at the owner's expense before admission.
Medical & Veterinary Care
We administer oral or topical medications for a small nightly fee (no insulin injections). If your cat becomes ill during their stay, we will immediately seek veterinary attention. Owners are responsible for all vet bills, plus a $25 transportation fee per visit.
Food & Feeding Policy
Fresh food and water are provided and changed twice daily. We proudly serve premium Purina Cat Chow dry food and Friskies/Fancy Feast canned food.
Whether your cat has strict medical allergies, requires a prescription diet, or just has a favorite brand, you are completely free to bring their own food from home at no extra charge! Please include written instructions and ensure any dry food bags over 3.5 lbs are split into smaller bags.
Facility Tours
We take immense pride in our luxury facility and welcome you to schedule a private tour. Come experience our meticulously maintained, peaceful environment and see our relaxed, comfortable feline guests firsthand. (Tours by appointment only, excluding Sundays and busy holiday periods).
Visiting Boarding Cats
Visits to boarding cats are permitted but not recommended, as it causes adjustment stress and anxiety.
